Winter Updates

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet…

Sunrise Haven provides loving, practical care for individuals who are relying on prayer for healing and we’re entering our 85th year! At the facility in Kent, WA, Christian Science nurses offer daily care in a peaceful, home-like setting, helping guests feel safe and spiritually supported. A guest recently expressed gratitude for the loving care they received during their stay, saying, “I’m very grateful for how the Christian Science nurses and the whole staff, those in the kitchen and serving at the front desk, all clearly love Christian Science.”

Sunrise Haven is a nonprofit organization, and donations are always appreciated. Financial support helps care for guests, maintain the facility, and provide a living wage to our Christian Science nurses and staff. Recently, we were able to upgrade all the blinds in the building from vertical blinds to quiet honeycomb shades that offer privacy and peace thanks to a grant from the Christian Science Financial Support Fund!

Sunrise Haven warmly welcomes those who feel called to this healing ministry. We are currently hiring Journal-listed Christian Science nurses and accepting students into the Training Program. Volunteers are also invited to support guests through visiting, reading Sunday services, playing music, or other inspired activities.

If you would like to share this update with your church, here is a possible desk announcement for readers:
