Rates
Daily rates include room and board as well as Christian Science nursing care and supplies. See our rate sheet for more details.
Payments
A statement of charges will be sent out once per month, and payment is due upon receipt. If you have questions about the charges, please contact our Business Manager at 253-813-2096 ext. 3.
Healthcare insurance
Some insurance companies provide benefits for Christian Scientists. Check with your insurance company to see if it specifically covers a stay in a Christian Science nursing facility. Please be sure to get a written copy of the details regarding coverage for the patient’s stay at Sunrise Haven.
Medicare
Sunrise Haven is a Certified Medicare Provider and uses Medicare part A for Christian Science nursing care.

Financial assistance
If you need financial assistance for your stay, help may be available. Learn more about the National Fund for Christian Science Nursing. Sunrise Haven also has a Benevolence Fund. A financial assistance application is available. Please contact us at 253-813-2096 ext. 3.
