Christian Science Nursing Day BBQ
SEPTEMBER | Celebrate Christian Science Nursing with us! Come to Sunrise Haven for live music, a barbeque lunch, and conversations about how this ministry enables us to help our neighbors and our world.
Annual Meeting
MAY | Join us for inspiration and reports of healing progress at Sunrise Haven. In 2026, our Annual Meeting will be held in Tacoma and offer three short workshops on Christian Science Nursing to provide attendees with practical wisdom for helping others.
Christmas Sing
DECEMBER | Gather at Sunrise Haven to sing Christmas hymns, enjoy baked goodies, and celebrate the season with friends and family.
Workshops
Sunrise Haven offers inspiring and practical workshops for branch churches, individuals, other groups of Christian Scientists and their loved ones.
These sessions can be custom designed for groups of various sizes and are held throughout our 6-state region: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Alaska.

Gain insight into how The Church Manual provision for a Christian Science Nurse speaks to each of us
The Expectancy of Healing

A follow up to the Spiritual Dimension of Care workshop.
Take a deep dive into the Biblical teachings which illustrate the spiritual atmosphere necessary for healing
Advance Healthcare Directives

Explain Advance Healthcare Directives and Healthcare Power of Attorney
Answer questions about how these protect your wishes as a Christian Scientist
