Cherishing and nurturing the mutual objectives of service and support, Sunrise Haven reaches out to dialogue with individuals and groups in its community about its services, its progress, and its needs.


Sunrise Haven Representatives are Christian Science branch church or society members who volunteer to serve as a liaison between their members and Sunrise Haven administration. They share Sunrise Haven's purpose, services, and activities through brief reports at church business meetings and in newsletters.


Group Meetings give us an opportunity to talk face-to-face with members of Christian Science churches, societies, and college organizations.

Newsletters provide continuing updates about Sunrise Haven services and programs, share encouraging healings had by patients and staff, present inspirational articles written by staff and volunteers, give new developments with Medicare and other regulatory agencies, and highlight our needs, including our Wish List.


Funding appeals keep our field apprised of our financial status and funding needs, with continuing updates on the variety of ways one can give to Sunrise Haven.


Annual Meeting, held in March or April each year, provides an opportunity for the entire Sunrise Haven family-trustees, staff, volunteers, church members, former patients and guests, donors, and all in the field-to gather for reports of progress, an exchange of ideas, and ongoing opportunities for development.
